Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and the return address via email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard shipping option).

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed upon with you.

You will not incur any fees for receiving the refund.

However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are custom-made or manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

  • Personalized products created specifically for the customer.

  • Custom magnetic photo products.

  • Individually printed clothing or other personalized merchandise.

  • Any other products that have been customized or clearly tailored to the customer's personal requirements.
